How Project Opportunities Work
Two ways to take part
Communal / group-based
Members come together to participate in a shared property or investment project.
Individual-based
Members purchase or invest in property individually, according to that project's terms.
Early-bird opportunities
Where applicable, a project may run for a set period — six months, for example. The first three months may offer early-bird pricing, while the remaining period is offered at the standard price. Any changes to pricing, timelines or terms are always communicated to members directly.
