Invest through our projects
Grapevine is project-based — we identify property and investment opportunities and make them available to members. Each project has its own location, property type, size and options, price, payment period, and terms, so members choose what suits their goals.
Take advantage of early-bird opportunities
Where a project runs for a set period — six months, for example — the first three months may carry early-bird pricing, with the standard project price applying afterwards. Timelines and pricing vary by project; any changes are always communicated to members directly.
